How much does Vaulting Service cost me?
We typically charge 1% of cash amount (20cents for $20) the ATMs dispense. We also recommend setting the limit high ($800) and set the surcharge by percentage.

Why a percent of cash and not
$x.xx of surcharges?
Cash usages vary greatly from business to business, eg. hotels to gas stations to convenience stores. Lower end places tend to have frequent but small transactions, while the higher end places tend to have infrequent but large transactions. If we calculate off the surcharges, we favor the lower ends, but you, as ATMs owner, usually favor the higher ends (lower risk to your portfolios). So, from our experience as vaulting service contractor, we found that a percentage of cash amount is fair for both of us, as we cut the preferences off the equations.
